The TERRA OTF302 6F31 E Optical Transmitter is a high-performance solution for TV/SAT signal distribution using fiber optic technology. Operating at a 1310 nm wavelength (transmission window II), this transmitter enables the reliable transmission of satellite (SAT), terrestrial DVB-T/T2, and FM/DAB+ radio signals over long distances with low attenuation and minimal interference.

With an optical output power of +6 dBm and an FC/UPC connector, the OTF302 6F31 E allows distribution to up to 32 optical receivers within a 10 km radius using single-mode fiber. The number of connected receivers and their maximum distance from the transmitter depends on the optical power budget and total path attenuation.

Each V/H Wideband input is equipped with AGC (Automatic Gain Control), ensuring stable signal levels even during adverse weather conditions such as rain or cloud cover, maintaining consistent performance at both the input and optical output.

  • ORF202 E – Wideband output (A3131)
  • ORQ302 E – QUATRO + DVB-T2 output (A3133)
  • ORF302 E – Wideband + DVB-T2 output (A3135)
  • ORQ302F E – QUATRO + Wideband + DVB-T2 output (A3137)

Recommended Setup:

For satellite-only systems, you can use a standard Wideband LNB such as A98222.
For combined SAT and DVB-T2 systems, use the LWB202L A98210 low-noise LNB along with the DTT MCA101T TERRA R82101 mast correction amplifier to optimize the terrestrial signal package for distribution.

Maximum recommended coaxial cable length from the LNB to the transmitter: 10 meters. For longer distances, use EQF equalizers (R50204, R50208, or R50212) to balance the signal.
