had to re-view this feedback because some month after using had a problem with my decoder which got freezed picture and contacted the seller but never responded. I already resolved myself by opening and changing some capacitors.

Company does not respond to warranty claims. Device failed twice, including replacement unit. No communication from support. Not recommended.
