The Terra SDI482C IPTV streamer (R81594) is a professional-grade device designed to convert DVB-S2X/S2/S satellite signals, including encrypted channels, into an IP multicast stream with a maximum throughput of 0.6 Gbps. This IPTV headend module is ideal for distributing satellite TV content over a twisted-pair Ethernet network (LAN) using multicast technology, which significantly reduces bandwidth consumption.

The SDI482C IPTV streamer simplifies satellite TV distribution by allowing signals to be sent over existing Ethernet cabling. No Middleware Required – Plug & Play Operation
One of the greatest advantages of the Terra IPTV solution is that it does not require any middleware software between the headend and the IPTV receivers.
