EMP Centauri DiSEqC switch S2/1PCNopt-W1 (p.162 IW OPT )
2in/1out DiSEqC 2.0 switch for 2 satellite positions and 1 subscriber. It is designed especially for switching between monoblock and single LNB with using command "Option" (receiver setting A/C). It may be used, however, also for switching between 2 Monoblock LNBs.
